Operations & HR Manager – Europe & US

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & HR Manager to support Oecophy’s European offices and drive recruitment for Europe and the US. The role combines administrative coordination, executive support and full‑cycle talent acquisition in a fast‑growing jewellery and gemstone company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage local administrative and operational matters across European offices, liaising with authorities, banks, insurers and service providers.
• Handle sensitive coordination tasks such as legal cases, compliance filings and office‑related issues.
• Provide high‑level support to senior management, reducing their involvement in day‑to‑day matters.
• Drive process improvements to increase cross‑border operational efficiency.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Europe and the US, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Act as HR representative for candidate engagement, employer branding and sensitive HR matters including salary negotiations.

• Experience in coordinating with international teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal English communication.

• Experience with full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage administrative, legal and compliance tasks.
