Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to ensure smooth execution of operational workflows within a fast‑growing digital environment. Based in Germany, you will act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and external contributors, driving process efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operational activities across assigned workflows and contributor networks.
• Serve as the primary contact for external contributors regarding tasks, support requests, and operational inquiries.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on task progress, performance, and operational status.
• Monitor workflow execution to meet service‑level expectations and handle escalations or conflicts.
• Support onboarding and verification of new contributors, ensuring smooth integration.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity in project‑management and internal systems.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and help develop scalable procedures.
• Escalate critical risks or incidents to safeguard business continuity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations‑focused role (e.g., Operations Manager, Project Coordinator, Support Manager).
• Excellent written communication and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
• Proven ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and drive tasks to completion.
