Partner Lawyer (m/w/d) – Remote

About the role

Spencer West is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its international practice in Germany as a partner. The role is fully remote and allows you to run and grow your own practice within a supportive global network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client portfolio, delivering high‑quality legal advice across jurisdictions.
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers or a team, fostering collaboration within the international firm.
• Generate new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s referral culture.
• Maintain compliance with professional regulations and uphold the firm’s standards of excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of post‑qualification experience as a lawyer, preferably from a leading city, national or international firm, senior in‑house role, or boutique practice.
• Active practising certificate with no restrictions.
• Self‑employed mindset with entrepreneurial ambition to run a practice.
• Fluent English; German language proficiency is advantageous.
