Partner Manager – Ecosystem

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Manager – Ecosystem to develop and manage the global partner ecosystem for Bosch Business Innovations. Working closely with the Head of Ecosystem, you will identify, engage and coordinate with venture builders, investors, corporates, universities and government institutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, onboard and maintain relationships with partners across venture building, finance, academia and government.
• Prepare partner meetings, proposals, business cases and contractual documents, and coordinate internal input.
• Steer operational activities for international partnership and venture‑building initiatives, ensuring clear responsibilities, timelines and deliverables.
• Implement governance and collaboration frameworks, facilitating information flow between partners, ventures and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the operational interface between external partners, Bosch Business Innovations and corporate functions, coordinating meetings and decision‑making processes.
• Track partner performance, maintain an overview of activities, milestones and KPIs, and produce regular reporting.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in partner management, business development, ecosystem or corporate venturing.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate strategic direction into concrete actions and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical mindset for developing business cases, partner assessments and KPI‑based reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across external partners and internal functions.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with ownership of operational topics.
• Experience working in international, cross‑functional and multicultural environments.
• Business fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus.
