Part‑Time Recruiter – Junior HR Administrator (Stuttgart)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented part‑time recruiter to support our Stuttgart team. The role combines administrative duties with recruitment support, offering an excellent entry point into HR and talent acquisition within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide structured administrative support to the regional team, maintaining personnel records and internal documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, interviews and schedules, and assist with onboarding documentation.
• Liaise with HR Operations on contracts, compliance and documentation matters.
• Source candidates via job portals and professional networks, conduct initial CV screenings and schedule interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ensure data accuracy and support local employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• First experience in administration or HR (internship or working‑student role acceptable).
• Structured, independent working style with high attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Very good English and German language proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
