People & Culture Manager (Parental Leave)

About the role

We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to cover a parental‑leave period at our vibrant 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin. Working closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager, you will ensure the hotel staff are supported, motivated and equipped to deliver our high‑standard hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic HR support to all colleagues, from onboarding to ongoing staff development.
• Implement projects that optimise the overall HR strategy and action plan.
• Assist departmental managers with budgeting and team building.
• Administer employee documentation and coordinate with the external payroll service.
• Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, offering both host and managerial support.
• Identify talent and work with the General Manager to promote internal growth.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience in HR management within a hotel or catering environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Assertive, consistent, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to inspire colleagues and support their development.
• Willingness to admit mistakes and learn from them.

Required skills

• Experience with hotel HR processes and payroll coordination.
