People Operations Coordinator – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Exolaunch is seeking a People Operations Coordinator with a focus on talent acquisition to support its People Ops team. You will help keep the recruitment process organized, timely, and candidate‑friendly while gaining exposure to the dynamic space‑launch industry.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor recruitment inboxes and ensure prompt, professional candidate communication.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and rescheduling across multiple departments and international time zones.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and system hygiene.
• Proactively follow up with hiring managers and interviewers to keep candidates moving.
• Support job posting creation and internal recruitment workflow setup.
• Create and improve recruitment documentation such as interview guides, scorecards, and feedback templates.
• Conduct structured first‑screening calls to assess motivation, fit, availability, and basic requirements.
• Assist with German‑language candidate communication where valuable.
• Support broader People Operations tasks including onboarding coordination, employee documentation, HR tool updates, internal communication, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in the space sector and launch missions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across different time zones and handle confidential information.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable interacting with candidates and hiring teams.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
