Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

OK Global is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join its team in Germany. The role focuses on driving ROI‑focused digital campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads for exhibition, trade‑show and event solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
• Generate qualified B2B leads for exhibition and event services.
• Develop remarketing and lead‑nurturing strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align campaign assets.
• Provide landing‑page and funnel recommendations to improve conversion.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of performance‑marketing experience.
• Mandatory background in the exhibition, events or trade‑show industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead‑generation funnels.
• Self‑driven and able to manage campaigns independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
