Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

This role sits at the heart of a growing B2B performance marketing agency in Berlin, where you will take full ownership of paid media accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients across tech, energy, and enterprise sectors. You will manage seven‑ to eight‑figure annual budgets and serve as a strategic partner driving measurable growth for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of paid advertising accounts, making independent decisions on strategy and development.
• Strategically plan and build new advertiser accounts from scratch, ramping up quickly on complex industries.
• Create, manage, and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor all relevant KPIs and act decisively when spotting inefficiencies or growth opportunities.
• Manage client ad spend ranging from €10,000 to €100,000+ per month, allocating budgets for maximum ROI.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns at significant scale (€10k‑€100k+ monthly spend).
• Solid working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience building and scaling new advertiser accounts from the ground up.
• German language proficiency at a native or near‑native level (C2) is required.
• Roughly 1 to 6 years of relevant paid media experience.

What we offer

• Salary range: €50,000 to €80,000 per year.
