Policy Manager, Trust and Safety

About the role

As a Policy Manager in Trust and Safety, you will lead the development and rollout of policies for new and existing product categories across Vinted’s marketplace, ensuring a safe and fair experience for millions of members.

Key responsibilities

• Define, create and implement policies for upcoming categories in collaboration with legal, Trust & Safety and product teams.
• Balance business objectives, user experience, compliance requirements and operational feasibility when shaping policies.
• Work closely with product, customer support, operations and moderation teams to ensure policies are approved, communicated and executed effectively.
• Establish and refine processes that streamline cross‑functional collaboration and enable timely policy roll‑out.
• Support Vinted’s expansion by providing a robust policy framework that maintains a safe, fair and seamless member experience.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable policies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience coordinating across legal, product, operations and moderation functions.
• Ability to design processes that improve collaboration and efficiency.
