Über die Position

Wir bieten ein Praktikum im Bereich Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung bei Daimler Buses in Mannheim ab dem 15.09.2026. Das Praktikum richtet sich an Studierende, die erste Einblicke in HR‑Prozesse gewinnen möchten.

Hauptaufgaben

Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen.
Mitarbeit bei Analysen zur Organisationsentwicklung.
Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Dokumentationen.

Anforderungsprofil

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar.
Interesse an Personal‑ und Organisationsentwicklung.
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Word und PowerPoint).
