Preschool Lead Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. Reporting to the School Director, you will lead a classroom, deliver curriculum, and support each child’s physical, social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence educational philosophy.
• Maintain a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere and build positive relationships with children and families.
• Apply Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral support plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety standards, and company policies.
• Document accidents, incidents, and behavior reports accurately.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and ability to support diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication skills with families, coworkers, and leadership.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and supervised classroom environment.
