Principal Consultant – SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead the implementation and support of SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management (ICSM) solutions for pharmaceutical and life‑science clients. The role bridges business stakeholders, SAP S/4HANA teams and clinical supply chain experts to ensure seamless management of clinical trial supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse clinical supply chain business requirements.
• Design, configure and optimise SAP ICSM processes for study planning, manufacturing, distribution and inventory visibility.
• Integrate SAP ICSM with SAP S/4HANA and related applications.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT and validation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with functional, technical and external partner teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and training materials.
• Participate in solution design workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical or life‑sciences environments, preferably with GxP knowledge.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial supply chain processes.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
