Process Engineer – Product Lifecycle Data Management

Join Philips' Manufacturing Engineering team as a Process Engineer focusing on Product Lifecycle Data Management. You will translate factory requirements into application implementations, support the HPM software landscape and drive continuous improvement.

• Develop, implement and continuously improve standardized PLDM toolset and ERP systems for industrialization, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Capture learnings, share best practices and drive knowledge exchange globally through Communities of Practice.
• Engage stakeholders and support teams in adopting new capabilities via structured releases, training and continuous improvement.
• Manage change requests through the Change Control Board to meet business requirements.
• Ensure Quality System elements, tools, data models, job descriptions, training, procedures and work instructions remain aligned.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years experience in PLM business process development within manufacturing or industrialization.
• Ability to bridge process and technical teams and translate manufacturing requirements into technical implementations.
• Strong English communication skills for global support.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Böblingen with a three‑day office policy.
