Procurement Excellence Manager – Global Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Excellence Manager to design, implement and sustain a global procurement operating framework for a market‑leading manufacturing company. You will own the end‑to‑end process, tools and governance that drive consistency, compliance and scalability across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a global procurement operating framework, including processes, policies and governance routines.
• Develop structured reporting packs and KPI definitions to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Deliver automated dashboards and visualisations for performance visibility.
• Partner with Finance and IT to ensure a single source of truth for spend and savings data.
• Lead procurement digitalisation initiatives, improving system adoption, data quality and automation.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to reduce manual effort and shorten cycle times.
• Provide training and coaching to build capability across procurement teams.
• Collaborate with Category, Regional, Operational Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Sustainability, Finance and IT stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in procurement excellence, transformation, governance or process leadership.
• Proven track record in performance management, analytics and process standardisation.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree.

What we offer

• Base salary €90,000 – €110,000 per year (no bonus).
