About the role

Quipu, the IT arm of the ProCredit group, is seeking a Product Analyst to drive the development and delivery of installment card solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure the product meets business goals and user needs.

Key responsibilities

Collect and translate stakeholder requirements into a well‑defined, prioritized product backlog.
Guide the development team during sprints, participate in sprint planning, and help resolve blockers.
Maintain post‑go‑live activities, hand over items to support teams, and capture user feedback.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure product performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

Strong understanding of user needs, business product knowledge, and analytical thinking.
Experience with agile delivery, backlog refinement, and user story creation.
Attention to detail and a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Backlog management and story writing.
