Product Analyst – Payments

About the role

Quipu, the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group, is seeking a Product Analyst to support its payments portfolio. You will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure product features align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Collect product requirements from all stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and continuously refine a prioritized product backlog to guide development efforts.
• Participate in sprint planning, set sprint goals, and support the development team throughout each sprint.
• Clarify requirements, resolve blockers, and coordinate cross‑team dependencies during development.
• Support documentation efforts, including release notes, training materials, and post‑go‑live handovers.
• Manage post‑go‑live activities, capture user feedback, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure product performance and drive enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in agile product teams, preferably in payments or financial services.
• Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and cross‑functional partners.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
