Product Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Product Business Analyst to own product initiatives from concept to delivery. You will identify what needs to be built, shape how it works, and ensure it delivers real value while collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Clarify client requirements, including those not yet articulated.
• Develop and communicate a strong product vision to the delivery team.
• Partner with engineering to estimate effort, plan releases, and navigate trade‑offs within complex system constraints.
• Guide designers with functional context to ensure UX aligns with business goals.
• Analyze system limitations, dependencies, and impacts to craft scalable solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops, map AS‑IS/TO‑BE processes, and define business goals.
• Conduct research to validate assumptions, analyze competitors, and explore market opportunities.
• Translate needs into specifications, user flows, and product vision.
• Track success metrics, analyze usage data, and iterate based on results.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
• Fluent English with the ability to communicate clearly to clients, engineers, and designers.
• Curious, “what‑if” mindset and comfort working with ambiguity.
• Understanding of UX principles and technical implications of product decisions.
• Ability to connect business needs, user expectations, and complex system realities.
