Product Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Product Engineer at Alasco you will bring AI directly to real‑world real‑estate and construction decisions. Working in a Core team within Financial Management, you will own features from discovery through production, collaborating closely with customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end feature development, including discovery, implementation, rollout and performance measurement.
• Develop on Alasco’s stack (TypeScript front‑end, Python and Django back‑end) within a large existing codebase.
• Contribute to AI‑driven product areas such as dashboards, reporting, appraisals and planning.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions.
• Communicate trade‑offs openly regarding time, cost, UX or quality.

Required profile

• 4–10+ years of experience building product software, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end features with measurable impact.
• Comfortable working in an existing codebase, including debugging, refactoring and code reviews.
• Regular user of AI coding tools and able to distinguish between tool‑generated and verified code.
• Fluent in German and English.
