Product Manager, Agentic AI

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager based in Berlin who is passionate about agentic AI – systems where models reason, act, and learn autonomously. You should have experience building AI applications and a solid product management background. The role involves full ownership of new Agentic products, from discovery to launch and iterative improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product area end‑to‑end, from understanding the problem to delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Conduct discovery interviews, analyze usage data, and develop evidence‑based product decisions.
• Prototype ideas early using AI‑generated prototypes or other methods to test assumptions quickly.
• Leverage AI and agentic tooling to accelerate research, prototyping, and requirements gathering.
• Define success metrics upfront and track them through delivery.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and customer teams, unblock issues, and coordinate launches, enablement, and go‑to‑market.
• Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders and leadership, defending prioritisation decisions.

Required profile

• Builder mindset with bias to action: prototype, test, and ship quickly, making decisions with incomplete information.
• Fluency with AI assistants, large language models (LLMs), and agentic tooling, and ability to champion their adoption.
• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology platforms with a track record of owning and shipping products.
• Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and commercial teams in an agile, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Comfort with data‑informed decision‑making: defining metrics, analysing performance, and prioritising based on evidence.
