Product Manager: Customer Onboarding Experience

About the role

Constructor is looking for a technically fluent, customer‑obsessed Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end integration journey for its customers and system integrators. You will focus on reducing time‑to‑value, ensuring integration correctness, and delivering a fast, reliable onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive a roadmap that cuts integration time, defects, and escalations.
• Improve integration correctness for key tracking flows and add robust validation and diagnostics.
• Build and evolve validation and debugging tooling for self‑service adoption.
• Set clear support boundaries to reduce escalations and improve predictability.
• Partner with Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Success to sequence work and ship integration‑ready capabilities.
• Define and report KPI stack (time‑to‑first‑value, adoption, defect rate, escalation volume, doc findability) and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience shipping developer‑facing or integration‑heavy products (SDKs, APIs, web tracking, data pipelines).
• Proven ability to reduce time‑to‑value or integration complexity in a B2B SaaS environment with measurable outcomes.
• Technical fluency to discuss event flows, browser constraints, attribution, versioning, and rollout risk.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Customer Success, and Solutions teams.
• Comfort with defining metrics and making decisions with imperfect data.
• Excellent written communication for specs, integration guides, and stakeholder updates.
