Product Marketing Manager – AI Observability

About the role

Langfuse, now part of ClickHouse, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape the narrative around its AI observability platform. The role blends deep technical understanding with marketing expertise to drive adoption among developers and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop messaging, positioning, and value propositions for developers, technical buyers, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Own the category narrative covering LLM observability, evals, prompt management, agent observability, and self‑hosting.
• Create sales enablement and marketing collateral such as website content, blogs, webinars, presentations, and launch narratives.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and inform product and marketing strategies.
• Lead product and feature launches, collaborating with users, sales, support, and community members.

Required profile

• Significant experience in product marketing, product management, or a technical role, preferably with industry or vertical focus.
• Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and value propositions for highly technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Technical background and analytical mindset to leverage data and metrics in open‑source PLG funnels.
• Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally with product, sales, and GTM teams.

Required skills

• Technical proficiency sufficient to become a power user of Langfuse.
• Experience with developer tools, open‑source, observability, or data/cloud infrastructure (strong plus).
• Ability to produce marketing assets such as website copy, blogs, webinars, and presentations.
