Product Marketing Manager (Senior)

About the role

As a (Senior) Product Marketing Manager at Tacto, you will build and own the product marketing function from the ground up. You will shape the positioning, packaging, launches and enablement that define how industrial companies perceive and adopt Tacto’s AI‑driven procurement solution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own market positioning and messaging for procurement leaders and C‑level buyers.
• Drive end‑to‑end product launches, from strategy through execution and impact measurement.
• Create sales enablement assets such as decks, battlecards and content to accelerate deal wins.
• Define pricing and packaging strategies in partnership with GTM leadership.
• Monitor competitive landscape, identify win/loss patterns and sharpen market edge.
• Partner with marketing to produce thought‑leadership content, events and campaigns that position Tacto as the voice of modern procurement.

Required profile

• Motivated to build a function from scratch in a fast‑moving environment.
• Minimum 2+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing (ideally Series B+) or 1‑2 years consulting with strong exposure to software GTM strategy.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value.
• Systemic thinking across positioning, packaging, pricing and enablement.
• Daily use of AI tools and experimentation with new workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Bonus: experience in procurement, supply chain or industrial sales.
