Product Owner in the ERP (ARP) / SAP Transformation (d/f/m)

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Product Owner to lead the ERP (ARP) / SAP transformation on its largest civil aircraft production site in Hamburg. You will shape end‑to‑end supply‑chain and demand processes, ensuring they align with SAP standards and the company’s digital‑transformation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to analyse operational needs and define end‑to‑end processes.
• Translate complex data into clear documentation and visualisations for stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure processes comply with SAP standards and global strategies.
• Collaborate with Agile/SAFe multi‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead pioneering projects that combine emerging technologies with SAP solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production or Logistics.
• 8+ years of experience in aerospace or similarly complex industries (automotive, defence).
• 5+ years of experience in complex SAP development and deployment.
• Deep knowledge of SAP MM, PP, SD and EWM modules and E2E operational processes.
• Proven experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Strong change‑management and project‑management expertise.
• Fluent in English and German, comfortable working in multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
