Production Resources Assistant – Munich

About the role

Join DAZN’s fast‑growing sports streaming business as a Production Resources Assistant in Munich. You will provide essential administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth daily operations for productions across the DACH market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Production Resources Team with preparation, planning, monitoring and reporting of resource‑related topics.
• Handle roster planning for freelancers and interns, including onboarding, invoicing and operational coordination.
• Manage purchase orders throughout their lifecycle and track cross‑departmental topics.
• Assist with cost‑tracking, raise purchase orders and process invoices for freelancers.
• Maintain and update sensitive files, databases and filing systems.
• Provide daily assistance to the Senior Production Manager (Resources).

Required profile

• Strong administrative background with discretion when handling sensitive freelancer data.
• Highly organised, adaptable and able to switch between multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent German with good English communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with database management and organised filing systems.
• Comfortable working with numbers and large data sheets.
