Program Manager – Lead Transformation Initiatives

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional transformation programs. You will drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with firm priorities and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define program strategies, governance frameworks, and execution plans in partnership with senior leaders and product, technology, and portfolio teams.
• Shape roadmaps, develop and monitor OKRs, and facilitate quarterly business reviews to maintain transparency across workstreams.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and resource requirements while implementing scalable delivery practices and agile methodologies.
• Influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Continuously improve delivery standards through data‑driven decision making and structured governance.
