Project Coordinator – Technical & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support technical and commercial projects in the aeronautical sector. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support tenders and feasibility studies, preparing cost and time estimates.
• Coordinate and manage projects to meet quality, schedule and financial targets.
• Act as the main interface between customers and internal departments.
• Monitor project performance, KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and developing project team members.
• Ensure team qualifications, training and resource availability.
• Maintain full compliance with Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in technical and commercial project management.
• Experience in the aeronautical sector; knowledge of “Outstanding Works” is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of aeronautical standards and processes.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership and customer‑focus.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Structured, solution‑oriented, reliable and analytical.
