Project Lead Strategy Consulting

About the role

As a Project Lead in Strategy Consulting you will work on high‑impact, cross‑functional projects for BASF’s global businesses. You will join an international team that values diversity and hands‑on problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex strategy consulting projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with senior executives worldwide.
• Identify improvement opportunities, develop recommendations, and present solutions to management teams.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Support projects in Innovation & Growth, Marketing & Sales, Organizational Excellence, and Post‑Merger Integration.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in strategic consulting or a global strategy consulting firm.
• Proven expertise in project‑management and consulting methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Open‑minded, inclusive attitude and reliable team player.
