About the role

As a Senior Project Lead Strategy Consulting you will work on complex, high‑impact strategy projects across BASF, collaborating with global executives and delivering sustainable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting projects in areas such as Innovation & Growth, Marketing & Sales, Organizational Excellence, and Post‑Merger Integration.
• Identify improvement opportunities, advise management, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders throughout project phases.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in strategic consulting or a global strategy consulting firm.
• Proven expertise in project management methods and consulting methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Open‑minded, inclusive attitude and reliable team player.
