About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact, C‑level visible projects from concept to commercial launch.
• Design and validate business models, go‑to‑market strategies and execution plans for emerging technologies.
• Conduct in‑depth market and financial analyses, translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to identify growth and transformation opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Completed university studies in business or a related field.
• Several years of experience at a top‑tier strategy consultancy, with a proven track record as a project leader on large engagements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Business‑fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
