Project Leader – Semiconductor Construction & Gas Systems

About the role

Nexperia is looking for a Project Leader to drive construction and specialty‑gas installation projects at its Hamburg site. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and cost‑estimate assigned projects, monitoring progress against targets.
• Support end‑to‑end execution following Nexperia’s project‑management process, from order to client hand‑over.
• Take responsibility for construction‑site safety and act as construction manager.
• Coordinate closely with Facility Management to align with existing supply systems and production requirements.
• Prepare technical data for internal tracking tools and maintain documentation.
• Standardise and update the specialty‑gas installation guideline, manage test protocols, welding procedures and training for the FM team.
• Interact with global FM manager, project managers, site and production managers.
• Support quality, safety, environmental and energy management according to IATF 16949, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in process engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar project‑lead role, preferably in semiconductor or related industries.
• Proven project‑management skills using typical software tools.
• Strong analytical ability to grasp technically complex tasks quickly.
• Fluent in German and English.
