Project Manager – Defence AI

About the role

Helsing, a defence AI company, is seeking a Project Manager for its Land domain. You will coordinate internal and external delivery across a high‑stakes defence programme, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders stay aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the internal and external project roadmap, aligning engineering and commercial workstreams.
• Build and manage a steering dashboard that tracks KPIs, engineering milestones and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate stakeholder interactions with internal teams, partners and defence customers, documenting decisions and actions.
• Monitor project risks and issues, surfacing challenges early and recommending corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Helsing’s project‑management function by translating lessons learned into repeatable practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating project delivery in defence, aerospace, automotive or engineering environments.
• Hands‑on experience supporting cross‑functional teams across technical and commercial milestones.
• Experience building and maintaining project tracking tools, dashboards or risk registers.
• Holder of a PMP certification or actively working towards one.
