Project Manager – Digital Governance & Excellence

About the role

Join the Digital Governance & Excellence team at Siemens Energy and lead 2‑3 concurrent digitalisation projects that shape how the organization works. You will define and refine project‑management practices, ensuring consistency and clarity across teams while driving projects from initiation to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of 2‑3 digitalisation projects, defining scope, schedules and resource allocation.
• Identify and analyse risks, issues and dependencies early to prevent blockers.
• Develop, refine and enforce project‑management methodologies, best practices and templates; maintain the central documentation repository.
• Mentor project teams and junior professionals on PM standards, fostering a collaborative culture of excellence.
• Partner with stakeholders, consolidate project status, financial data and performance metrics into clear reports, and facilitate regular status meetings.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a PMO or managing multiple complex projects, supported by PMP, Certified Scrum Master or GPM certification.
• Advanced knowledge of PMI and Agile project‑management methodologies.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex projects within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical skills, budgeting expertise and hands‑on proficiency with Power BI.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
