Project Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects for Quipu and the ProCredit Group banks. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering networking, datacenter, cloud migration and security initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of infrastructure projects across ProCredit Group banks.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate with Quipu technical teams, IT Operations Management and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments and governance reports to senior management.
• Monitor KPIs (time, cost, quality, scope) and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate testing, validation and acceptance of delivered solutions and handover to IT Operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects such as networking, datacenter, cloud migration, security or hardware/software upgrades.
• Strong project management knowledge and familiarity with standard methodologies.
• Solid understanding of IT operations, ITIL practices and financial‑sector regulatory/audit requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior bank management.
• Ability to coordinate across diverse technical teams and external vendors.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational capabilities.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site at bank locations as required.
