Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently lead and deliver software and mobile application projects for international trade fairs, sporting events, and construction site equipment. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, translating their requirements into actionable plans and ensuring successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Gather, document, and administer product and customer requirements.
• Advise and support customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with software developers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Maintain quality standards and oversee testing and acceptance processes.

Required profile

• Completed degree or equivalent training, or relevant experience from a career switch.
• Proven project management expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in German and English at a business level.
• Meticulous, structured, and results‑oriented work ethic.

Required skills

• Familiarity with issue‑tracking and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence (preferred).
