Project Manager – SaaS Implementations

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple SaaS implementation projects for hospitality customers across Germany. You will work in a fast‑growing, remote‑first environment, coordinating cross‑functional teams from kickoff to go‑live while leveraging AI‑powered workflows to boost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of several customer implementation projects, managing initiation, deployment and handover.
• Coordinate scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead regular customer meetings, steering committees and project reviews with proactive status reporting.
• Handle change requests, escalations and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with implementation specialists, technical experts, support and customer success teams.
• Use AI tools to streamline administration, reporting, documentation and follow‑up activities.
• Monitor project health with data‑driven insights and predictive analysis to identify risks early.
• Maintain accurate records in project management and CRM systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, templates and AI‑enabled workflows.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of project management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS implementations or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals such as scope, scheduling, risk assessment, RAID, change control and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence interacting with customers and senior stakeholders.
