Quality Assurance Engineer (AI‑Driven SaaS)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer with an AI mindset to generate, maintain, and triage test cases while leveraging AI‑powered testing agents to minimise manual effort. You will collaborate closely with developers and product owners to ensure full transparency of the QA strategy across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain automated test cases using modern frameworks.
• Utilise AI‑driven testing agents to reduce manual QA workload.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Develop performance and load testing strategies for cloud‑native SaaS products.
• Monitor test coverage metrics, reduce flakiness and optimise test‑suite performance.
• Conduct API, security, visual regression and output‑comparison testing.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with automated test frameworks and CI/CD‑integrated QA pipelines.
• Proficiency in AI‑enhanced testing tools and modern testing libraries.
• Strong background in performance, load and security testing.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work locally.
