Quality Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Quality Coordinator at Vestas Nacelles in Lübeck, you will support the plant’s quality management system and help drive continuous improvement for wind turbine generator production. You will work closely with production teams, suppliers and customers to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of reliability and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor plant quality KPIs, trigger escalations when thresholds are exceeded.
• Analyse and resolve quality issues using root‑cause analysis (RCA), corrective‑and‑preventive actions (CAPA) and 8D problem‑solving methods.
• Implement and audit processes, ensuring compliance with customer requirements such as PPAP.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage deviations and drive improvement measures.
• Participate in industrialisation projects and train production teams on quality topics.

Required profile

• Technical education with proven experience in quality management.
• Hands‑on experience with rotating machinery such as generators or motors.
• Proficiency in SAP and strong command of English and German.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Structured, proactive and customer‑oriented working style with intercultural competence.
