Quality Inspector – Aviation (All Genders)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Inspector to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance on aircraft. You will work closely with customer teams to identify, document, and resolve non‑conformities across structural, mechanical and electrical domains.

Key responsibilities

• Check and inspect aircraft outstanding works and non‑conformities (structure, mechanic & electric).
• Follow up special processes, corrective and preventive actions for non‑conformities.
• Communicate and coordinate workflow with customer teams.
• Prepare detailed non‑conformity reports.
• Implement internal and customer procedures and instructions.
• Ensure product identification and traceability according to manufacturing documents.

Required profile

• Completed technical education and training as a technician (all genders) or foreman.
• Professional experience in aviation and quality assurance.
• Good knowledge of problem‑solving methods such as 8D, root‑cause analysis, PPS.
• Analytical, organizational skills and flexibility for early, late, night, weekend shifts.
• Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
