Recruiter Internship – Sales Hiring

About the role

Andercore is seeking a Recruiter Intern to support its Talent Acquisition team in hiring top sales talent. This internship offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates, working alongside seasoned recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage sales candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates against sales success criteria.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to share candidate insights and interview feedback.
• Support the offer process from approval to acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
