Recruiter – Western Europe

About the role

Bodycote is seeking a Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition across Western Europe, with a focus on France and Germany. You will act as the bridge between the business and the external talent market, ensuring the right people are attracted and hired to support growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Western Europe, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels and tools to identify high‑quality candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and influence decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment metrics and insights.
• Travel as required to support business needs and attend recruitment events.

Required profile

• Proven experience sourcing and engaging talent in France and Germany.
• Strong continuous‑improvement mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Excellent relationship‑building and consultative influencing skills.
• Fluency in English, French and German, both written and spoken.
