Recruitment Consultant – Business Development & Talent Sourcing

About the role

Phaidon International is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join one of its specialised brands. You will build and nurture long‑term client relationships while developing deep market expertise in your assigned niche and region.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential clients to generate new business and negotiate service agreements.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts, providing regular updates throughout search processes.
• Analyse client hiring needs to fully understand role requirements and company objectives.
• Source, headhunt and engage passive and active candidates across mid‑level to executive positions.
• Manage the full interview cycle, coordinate feedback, and handle offer negotiations.
• Provide post‑placement support to ensure long‑term success of placements.

Required profile

• Fluent English (business level); German is a plus.
• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• High self‑motivation, strong commercial focus and resilience.
• Results‑driven mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in a new role.
