Regional Associate Director, Clinical Engagement (Europe & Asia)

About the role

Beeline Medicines is seeking a senior, field‑based leader to head its Clinical Engagement function across Europe and Asia. The Regional Associate Director will manage a team of Clinical Engagement Leads who build and maintain relationships with investigators and trial sites, ensuring smooth execution of the company’s clinical programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional team of Clinical Engagement Leads, providing day‑to‑day people management and performance coaching.
• Oversee investigator and site relationship management for all active and upcoming trials in the assigned territories.
• Act as escalation point for complex site issues and coordinate resolutions with Clinical Development and Medical Affairs leadership.
• Collect and transmit field intelligence to senior leadership to inform trial strategy and operational decisions.
• Travel extensively across Europe and Asia to meet investigators, sites, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in clinical operations or site engagement within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership skills with a track record of building high‑performing field teams.
• Strong knowledge of investigator‑initiated (I&I) therapeutic areas and clinical trial processes.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, with capacity to operate independently across diverse geographies.
