Regional Key Account Director – Beauty & Personal Care Packaging

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Regional Key Account Director to lead our premium beauty and personal care packaging relationships across Europe. The role will act as the senior commercial partner for top‑tier beauty brands, driving growth and aligning brand needs with our fast‑moving engineering and manufacturing capabilities in Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional account strategies to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for key brand stakeholders, presenting customized packaging solutions and tool proposals.
• Own joint business plans, master service agreements, pricing and discount structures while protecting gross‑to‑net margins.
• Collaborate with design, development and manufacturing teams in China to ensure timely delivery of custom molds and packages.
• Monitor industry trends, especially sustainable and PPWR‑compliant packaging, to position our capabilities as a strategic advantage.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of progressive commercial experience in cosmetics, beauty or personal‑care packaging.
• Proven track record managing strategic national or global accounts, preferably at leading packaging firms such as Albéa, Aptar, Berlin Packaging, Quadpack, Lumson or Baralan.
• Established network of procurement, product development and marketing decision‑makers within prestige or indie beauty brands.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L ownership, forecasting, pricing analysis and margin optimization.
