Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager will be based in Germany and will drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and commercial growth across retail and digital channels. Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and strategic partnerships, you will design and execute regional campaigns that strengthen market presence and boost customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional channel marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives and brand priorities.
• Collaborate with retail, marketplace, and distribution partners to create joint marketing plans that drive awareness and sales.
• Optimize retail presence through merchandising, sales enablement, product training, and in‑store marketing activities.
• Plan and launch integrated campaigns, including point‑of‑sale initiatives, online advertising, promotions, and partner‑driven programs.
• Support new product and platform launches through cross‑functional marketing planning and execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Travel within the region as needed to support partner relationships and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in channel, partner, or trade marketing within retail, e‑commerce, consumer technology, or digital content.
• Proven track record of managing and growing marketing partnerships with retailers, distributors, or strategic accounts.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into commercial insights and actionable strategies.
• Experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
