Regional Sales Manager – Munich & Bavaria

About the role

Spacelabs Healthcare is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to cover Munich and the wider Bavaria region. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience who want to develop expertise in the medical device sector while delivering strong commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Visit pre‑qualified prospects and existing customers to acquire new business and strengthen relationships.
• Conduct structured needs assessments and deliver product demonstrations that highlight clinical benefits and value.
• Provide basic technical guidance, coordinate demo device placements, and support contract negotiations alongside the Sales Manager.
• Identify and develop new customer groups across hospitals, MVZs, and general practitioners.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Plan efficient travel routes to maximise daily customer visits.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team, share market insights, and contribute to regional sales strategies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Familiarity with hospitals, MVZs, or general practitioners, either through direct work or internships.
• Proven ability to manage leads, engage customers, and support territory development.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn complex technical products.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving approach with high integrity and reliability.
