Registered Nurse – PRN (Resource Team)

About the role

A Registered Nurse (RN) on the Resource Team at Baptist Health provides safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process and organization‑provided training. The position is PRN with flexible shift options.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care that is safe, therapeutic, and compassionate.
• Apply the nursing process and training provided by Baptist Health.
• Float within the specialty or across campuses within a 30‑mile radius as needed.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience, including at least one year in the specialty applied for.
• Healthcare CPR certification (required); ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS may be required (training provided).
