About the role

Abstract is seeking a passionate C++ Software Developer specialized in 3D graphics to join its remote team on a contract basis. You will work on cutting‑edge real‑time rendering, shader creation, and integration of high‑performance plugins across a portfolio of innovative 3D products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, efficient C++ code for low‑level rendering and system‑side performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain complex real‑time shaders using HLSL, GLSL, or Metal.
• Integrate native‑feel plugins that extend product capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineers to debug, profile, and improve GPU‑centric pipelines.
• Explore emerging web graphics technologies such as WebGPU and WebAssembly.
