Remote IT Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Remote IT Technician to deliver high‑quality technical support to users across the organization. Working entirely from a remote environment, you will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues while ensuring optimal performance of our IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance via ticketing systems and remote‑control tools.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and network connectivity problems.
• Configure user accounts, permissions and access rights.
• Install, update and deploy software across endpoints.
• Monitor system performance and maintain IT asset records.
• Support cybersecurity best practices and assist with routine maintenance.
• Document incidents, resolutions and contribute to process improvements.
