Requirements Engineer – Remote – Customer-Facing

About the role

We are looking for a Requirements Engineer to act as the bridge between customers, Product Management and software development teams. The role is fully remote and involves close collaboration with telecom operators expanding their 5G networks across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and structure business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, use cases and feature descriptions.
• Collaborate with developers and Product Managers to define feature implementation and high‑level design.
• Validate new functionality before delivery to customers.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis or a similar role within software development.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to present to customers in German.
• Technical understanding of software development processes.
